*260 - World gone topsy-turvy
Had a hard time trying to write up my research proposal but seems like im hit with the writer's block. For a proposal that is.
Dont u think that the world now gone topsy-turvy? Natural disaster... Economy meltdown... Political instability... Everything seems to be stuck somewhere.
This all happens when the homo sapiens thinks that they are so intelligent and superior for being able to create systems which thought to be able to control everything. Human thinks that they owned the earth; they controlled barter; they controlled other people. Dont u think so?
So many things covered-up, so many conspiracy, so many systems imperfect. By careful studying the history of mankind, every advancement every civilization rise and fall. And the economics that we're going through now are ought to be reform. Mayb around my grandchildren time.
The worst part is that not much people currently are aware of all these things. Big guns sits too tall now and they forget the subordinates. One day... the repressed under the current system will revolt to provide a refresh to this world.
ps: good to be an academician.
*257 - The More We Know, The More We Don't Know
Its not something that i just realize anyway...
This hit me again when i was reading a bit bit on quantum physics... and i learnt that that's something called parallel universe... As a pure bio guy... i dont really understand how it works...
Now... it became interesting when people are connecting thoughts to wave energy to quantum physics... And new theories are coming up and one of it was the ability to release a mind energy that may change ur environment...
Perhaps all of this sounds familiar as its emphasized on "The Secret", Law of Attraction etc etc... But science is moving that direction trying to prove what's beyond our science understanding...
Metaphorically, its just like we know that the universe is so so big... While on the other hand, scientist is going to prove that the universe its in a marble or some kind (watch man in black's end title u'll get the idea)
What i wanna say here is the more we get to know in depth about something... The more question will be raised and show that the more we dont know...
Somehow, this is why i like research very much... Looking for things that we dont know and trying to get to know it...

*256 - SciVerse ScienceDirect iPhone App
Yo! Been wanted to share this for quite sometime now... Was thinking to blog more since I acquired iBlogger app but somehow it didn't happen... Hmmm... Ok... I'm lazy :P
This will be a good news to all academic iPhone users... Or perhaps potential iPhone users too... In research, literature review plays a very major part... and I believe this addition to the wide range of iPhone apps indeed increases my iPhone value...
The new SciVerse ScienceDirect iPhone app is out! Best part bout it it's FOC!
"Need full-text but not at your desk? The SciVerse ScienceDirect iPhone app doesn't restrict your brainwaves to the workplace; now you can find and read any Elsevier article or book chapter while you're at a conference, travelling to and from work, or enjoying some rare downtime."
Without subscription, one shall only allowed to view a paper's abstract... but don't worry just yet... isn't ur institution subscripted to it?
What u need is just an email add under the institution's server domain... for UPM student, now u can finally visit to ur unknown or unused UPM email to access the subscription... go check out mutiara.upm.edu.my... u should have ur email of matricnumber@mutiara.upm.edu.my...
Now I understand the function of email provided by the institution... :)

*255 - The Best Pisang Goreng!
When food hunters all hunt for all those "premium" foods... they tend to forget about the local taste... One of our Malaysia special is the PISANG GORENG!
My colleagues bought some pisang goreng for everyone and it just taste so delicious... Sweet and crispy... She brought me to the stall last few days... Unbelievable in my eyes... People are queuing so long just to wait the banana to be fried... I heard there's always more demand than the supply...
Can u believe that queue... All of them were just waiting... staring at the stove...
Its in Bayu Perdana Klang... The same row as Brother's accessories shop but on the other end... Go check it out yourself... Must Try!

I'd stop blogging for some personal reason for quite sometime if u are following :P
I guess I'm now back with more sharing on the wonderful things in life instead of my journal... Been collecting materials for few months now... Just procastinating... Lol...
Anyway... This post is done on the new iBlogger app I'd just downloaded... Seems to work well till now... And hopefully this app will help me to provide live sharing anytime anywhere I am...
Stay 'connected' xD
PS: seems like I can't attach any photos from here... I'll keep looking :)

*252 - Odd Numbering
So who enjoy buying 4D here? Hehe... You? Then how do u buy ur numbers?
Mayb this is not something new but its still a new observation to me... And im sure u can count by urself from the law of probability...
Ok... Straight to the point... Did u noticed that most of the 4 digits number will be consisting 2 same numbers? For example, 9770... Try this... go on the street and observe car number plates... U'll be fascinated to found tat wat i said its true somehow... LOL
Thus... go out there and buy a double numbered 4D for ur next TOTO... Perhaps u'll get lucky... Starts with my car number plate 3352 then :P
